Hey folks! I'm back from my vacation in Ohrid and powered up for some action but first let me tell you about my vacation (this will interest only my aunt or my mum I suppose but still...).
I, my best friend Maya and two of our friends Nate and Betty decided to go on a vacation to take a breath from the heath in Skopje. Lest Saturday at 8 o'clock we went to the bus station and took a bus to Ohrid. Because of the stupid driver, the ride had lasted for about 4 hours (and just have in mind that it usually takes 3 hours at most) and the worst thing abut it was that the only brake we had was for about 2 minutes and since Maya,Nate and Betty are smokers they were so pissed that they couldn't even smoke one cigarette not along go to the WC (and trust me, you really don't want to see or yet better smell that).
When we arrived we went to a place not far away from the bus station in Ohrid yet not far away from the center of the city aether. The interior in the room we got was nice, it was chip (220 denars a night ,it's less than 5 euros)  and we could all be in one room (yes although they are girls they didn't bother sleeping in the same room).
We spent 7 days there. The time we spent together was like in a typical teenage movie I suppose. Fights are a usual thing I was amazed how it took very little to piss me or any other of my "house mates" off.  Well not that it really metered  in the end because we  very cool about it till the end.

Betty (in my opinion) had the best and most interesting time. She found a "summer love" and was enjoying every moment of it. On another hand me, Maya and Nate had no other alternative except sometimes being bored to death and looking for parties that weren't there since the season didn't even begin and not to mention that unlike in Skopje we weren't allowed to go to clubs (not even Rock Gigs) because we were under aged. Ah well.
During the 7 days we did a lot of stuff dough even if sometimes bored. For example me and Maya (and later Nate and Betty joined in) decided that we should try some cocktails which turned out to be a great idea. And so we went to the Jazz&Blues cafe and I followed by Maya, ordered Sweet Dreams (which remains my favorite cocktail) and than Nate ordered this magically tasty cocktail Big Blue Sky batty decided to take After 8 which has taste like a toothpaste (yuck!). After the "first round" Maya ordered Big Blue Sky and I decided to try Ice Bear (which is the same like Big Blue Sky except it has Finlandia in it). The other time we tried cocktails was in the Jazz Inn bar which is the best place in Ohrid to speak of. It has really nice interior and I loved the paintings and the photos of some old jazz players. But the major let down were the cocktails. Maya ordered Brainwash and I decided to try Purple Jazz , Betty went with Poison and Nate took the worst cocktail that she could ever pick , it was so grouse that I can only recall half of the name Long Island something blah...
Other interesting things were that Maya, Nate and Betty had a wish come true. They tried Absinthe also known as "The Green Fairy". I took just one drink from it but it tasted bad so I stopped. Maya fell into a depression after tasting it because she expected to much I suppose. Ironically, Betty fell in love with it and Nate, after taking a cup had a  maniac attack of laughing.
I bought my self a really nice necklace in a form of the Egyptian Candle symbol for 130 denars and the most important (and for my mum, the most shocking) thing is that I got a lip piercing. I went to a sterile place because the center of the lips is to hard to be pierced by your self. The piercing place was really clean I was in shock when I realized it was just like a dentist's residence. It took me about 10 minutes and the guy was nice. He gave me some Betadine and Gentamicin so I will clean the place ( So mum please don't panic! I will not get any disease or so! ) . I paid 10 euros for the piercing.
In all 7 days I didn't go for a swim not even once which is weird since I love swimming but this vacation turned out to be more of a "Let's go and live on our own" experiment than a real vacation. All in all it was fine and I would do it again !

P.S. I will change the boring old design of my blog soon please be patient!

I'll try to spend this lapse in major releases in June by making up all the reviews I skipped and I might add in a couple classic reviews too, depending if I decide to stop being lazy or not =.=.

I've been inactive for a month, and I have no excuse, except that I've been listening to a lot of other kinds of experimental music, as well as a lot of Radiohead as always. And that I'm a lazy person (whose been out of school for almost a month.) But here's my LONG overdue review of this single~!

Oh yeah! That's right one more stinking week and my 1st year in art school is over.  But by no chance this week would be easy. I have decent number of things to do. For starters on Thursday I have to do few Caligraphy pages with numbers and text. On Wednesday I have to do 6 print of my last linoleum-cut for Graphic Techniques class. On Tuesday I have to finish the ink work we started in Drawing aand Painting class and on Friday I have to have 5 designs (30x25 cm) for Fine Graphics class- and just what have I done this week - nothing. Not even studied Japanese or German like I said to myself I would    ******(T▽T)ー<| *PUFF-shoots himself* Ohh well (>.< ') ...

As for other things as soon as school finishes I'll draw and practice manga style more. I want to do a research of human anatomy ( starting from the bone, muscle and then skin) and try to fuse it with manga style. I hope this improves my anatomy. I'll be doing a lot of fanarts hopefully and yet a lot of reproductions and traditional works. All in all I MUST MUST MUST practice a lot this 3 months of vacation.

My friends and I are thinking on going to Ohrid for a week or so and I can't wait for that. I just know we'll have great time! Ahh and that would most probably my only chance to go for a swim this year. After that  10.7. I'm going to Novi Sad, Serbia to EXIT festival. Nightwish are playing there and that's what I'm really exited about ! <(≡^∇^≡)> <3 <3 <3

Well the day before yesterday (21/5/08) was the big opening of my art show.
That day and the day before were most stressful days of the preparation of the art show. I had to do a lot : to get the prints of the cg artwork, to stitch the prints to hard backgrounds, to draw few traditional peaces, to arrange the exhibits and a lot more. I was stressed out to the point of crying *although in the end I didn't cry*.
A lot of people came to the show, although a lot of people I was waiting to come didn't came at all. I was nervous all the time even if the people were amazed and everything. In the middle of the show I had to do a little speech which was actually very stressful  to me. As I said I was nervous but this made me ten times more nervous than before. More than fifty people were looking at me. I was so nervous that  after it I couldn't remember what I sad all I remember is that I repeated " I wanted to say " at least 1000 times.

Yesterday was a very interesting day. I heard that there will be an Anime projection in the culture center where I go often so I went after German class to see it. I was afraid that the choice of anime will be something with allot of violence and will show anime (and japan) in a wrong light.
It wasn't. The anime was really great . 時をかける少女, Toki o Kakeru Shōjo  is really a great anime. It shows everyday Japanese life and it's spiced with a little bit of fiction and romance. Even my mother enjoyed it ( " I could cry on the end").
