I think I even liked New Moon better than Twilight, it simply has more action and tension. I was pretty surprised by how accurate Bella's inner state of grief was described when she was parted from Edward; almost as though the author of the book has gone through that heavy storm of feelings caused by loss. I also liked Jacob; in a way he would be better for Bella because he gives more of a damn for her, but he can't compete with the emotions she feels for Edward. A fight against your heart is a fight your gonna lose. The ending was interesting and tense, I liked it a lot. And again I was surprised by how similar I am to the main character.

My friend got me into these series and I must admit that the book Twilight is pretty amazing. I really could identify myself with the main character Isabella and for once, the heroine wasn't irritating to me. She actually reminded me a lot on myself. Edward was brilliant, I like him a lot. Thou this book was a bit too romantic on certain parts I still liked it. But I have the feeling as though Edward's and Bella's love is merely physical based: he loves her because of her blood and she loves him because of his god-like beauty.
